Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee all hospital operations during night shift.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (Reception, Nursing, Emergency, Housekeeping, Security, etc.).
Handle patient complaints, queries, and coordinate with concerned staff for quick resolution.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and duty performance during the night shift.
Ensure all protocols, safety guidelines, and hospital policies are followed.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management for any emergencies.
Check ward rounds, patient status, and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure proper handover to the morning supervisor/administration team.
Prepare night shift reports, incidents, and escalation details.
Monitor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and ensure timely action.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Hospital experience preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospital operations/supervision.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle night emergencies and staff management
