Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels in India. The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel during the night shift. They will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, address guest inquiries and concerns, ensure safety and security, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality. The role involves supervising night staff and ensuring a smooth operation throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Customer service, guest relations, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in hotel management, night shift operations, and staff supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and manage reservations
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality or related industries is beneficial
