Responsibilities: Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns, Monitor vitals, oxygen support, feeding, and neonatal assessments, Assist neonatologists during procedures and emergencies, Maintain incubators, warmers, CPAP, phototherapy units,
Administer medications with precision and follow NICU protocols, Update documentation, progress notes, and shift handovers, Support and guide parents with empathy and clarity
