Track heart rate, breathing, temperature, and oxygen levels.
Give medications, IV fluids, and nutrition; manage ventilators and other equipment.
Provide comfort, proper positioning, and reduce stress for newborns.
Teach parents about newborn care and offer emotional support.
Act quickly during critical situations like breathing or cardiac issues.
Maintain accurate records and work with the healthcare team.
Follow strict hygiene protocols to protect vulnerable infants.
