5+ years of experience in working on NICE InContact Cloud solution, with in-depth knowledge of InContact cloud solutions.
Knowledge of designing and development of strategies and IVR coding through InContact Studio, BAU support, and experience in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration.
Ability to work on creating and writing APIs and good knowledge in writing SQL scripts.
