Role: Nice Incontact System Administrator

Experience Range: 4 – 10 Years

Location: Chennai/Kolkata/Bangalore

1. 5+ years of experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution, in Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions.

2. Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio, BAU support, knowledge in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration.

3. Ability to work on creating and writing APIs and good knowledge in writing SQL Scripts
