Job Description: Selected candidate will be based at Hyderabad and will be involved in developing Civil Engineering software tools. He/she will be initially working on development of customized solution for storage tanks. Given the customer requirements and constraints, this product should automatically design, provide details, and document. The current role is suitable for someone who has experience in Python language. Additionally you are expected to interact with design team and create cost/time saving tools. Desired Profile: You will have hands-on experience in developing automation tools. If you are from the design background and aptitude to develop software solutions, you should demonstrate that interest by giving examples of any tools that you have developed to improve the productivity or the design. The role is suitable for someone who is a quick learner, can work independently with little supervision, is able to manage other teams (internal and external) and keen to solve challenging problems. The candidate should be a good communicator and be comfortable to take ownership of work. Flag opportunities for continuous improvement Work as an effective team member and improve teams knowledge base Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters degree in Civil/Mechanical/Computer Science Engineering. Basic understanding of Autodesk Inventor CAD software or any other civil CAD software. 2-6 years of experience in CAD customization or CAD plugin development. Good communication skills and presentation skills. Having programming experience in Python/C#/VB.NET. Ability to work in a team. Should be familiar with code repositories and code check-in. Good to have: Any knowledge in tank design automation. Knowledge in automating detailing/drafting of inventor/CAD models.

Role & responsibilities Design and develop ASME-compliant pressure vessels and cryogenic tanks (Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Oxygen, LNG, Ehane, Hydrogen and Ammonia). Perform storage tanks, pressure vessels and Cryogenic tank designs per API 650 , 620 , 653, ASME Codes. Design of cryogenic tanks include outer tank, Inner tank, Insulation, Thermal corner protections, Roof plates, roof platforms, pipe supports, anchors etc. Perform structural analysis and stress calculations for pressure vessels and Cryo tanks using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools like Ansys etc. Perform vessel designs using PV Elite, Compress softwares. Check detailed engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOMs), and specifications using CAD software. Ensure all designs meet ASME, API, and other relevant international standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in the pressure vessel and cryogenic tank industry. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors , masters degree or PhD in mechanical engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing Storage tanks, pressure vessels, and cryogenic tanks. Strong proficiency in FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or equivalent software. Experience with CAD software for checking the drawings. Knowledge of material selection, welding techniques, and fabrication processes for pressure vessels and Cryogenic tanks. Understanding of industry codes and regulations such as ASME, API 650/620 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Role & responsibilities Design and preparation of sewer and storm water drainage networks using water gems, sewer gems and Autodesk Civil 3D. Create and edit alignment, surface, pipe networks, and corridor models. Generate detailed longitudinal profiles, cross-sections, and plan/profile sheets. Preparation of good for construction drawings. Generating Contours, Checking Survey Data, Dividing the zones as per Contours. Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis as required for storm water systems. Preparing the demand calculations and network drawings using software like Water Gems, Sewer Gems and Storm Cad. Preforming the volume calculations and capacity calculations or reservoirs. Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Verify and review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards before final submission. Prepare and review construction documents, CAD drawings, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national standards for civil infrastructure design. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3-8 years of proven experience as a AutoCAD civil3d with a focus on all utilities Network and Process network (All utilities Network, Process Network, etc.). Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field. Strong knowledge of sewer and storm water network principles. Experience in generating profiles, cross-sections , and pipe network modeling . Understanding of hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software (e.g., StormCAD, SewerGEMS, InfoDrainage) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with GIS integration and data import/export. Familiarity with BIM workflows. Knowledge of local design codes and permitting processes. Will be working from office at Hyderabad.
