Performance Marketer - D2C Growth & B2B Lead Generation
We’re hiring a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across diverse platforms, with a primary focus on driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, along with hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and scaling D2C brand sales . This role is vital for boosting customer acquisition, maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and accelerating revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising & Revenue Growth Plan, execute, and refine Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize conversions. Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Flipkart Ads to increase product visibility and sales. Continuously test (A/B), segment audiences, and optimize bids for better performance. Monitor budgets, scale high-ROI campaigns, and ensure cost-effective advertising. 2. Marketplace Advertising Strategy Drive high-impact visibility and sales on Amazon & Flipkart via strategic ad execution. Optimize product listings with intent-based keywords, persuasive creatives, and competitive pricing. Analyze competitors and platform trends to maintain a strategic advantage. 3. B2B Lead Generation Launch targeted lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search, and Meta Ads. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality aligns with funnel goals. Implement retargeting and nurture sequences to maximize lead conversion. 4. D2C Sales Acceleration Develop performance funnels that guide users from awareness to purchase. Boost customer retention and lifetime value (CLV) via email/SMS marketing and influencer partnerships. Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track KPIs and optimize campaigns. Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a sales-first mindset. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, and Flipkart Ads. Solid grasp of B2B lead generation and D2C growth strategies. Skilled in analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking).
