What we are looking for:

Role: Next.js Developer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Next.js Developer to join our frontend team. In this role, you will build responsive, high-performance web applications using the latest technologies and best practices in modern JavaScript development. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to create seamless user experiences for startups across diverse domains.

• Develop and maintain web applications using

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
• Build SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) components for optimal performance and SEO.
• Develop reusable components and frontend libraries to scale multiple projects.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring responsiveness and data accuracy.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and accessibility across all devices.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Implement testing and CI practices to maintain high code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend engineering.

Our ideal candidate:

• 23 years of hands-on experience in Next.js and React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of Next.js features like SSR, SSG, middleware, and dynamic routing.
• Familiarity with API integration (REST, GraphQL) and client-side state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion) or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Comfortable using Git, code review tools, and agile development practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Sanity) or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
