Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform across enterprise environments. Develop and manage remote actions, campaigns, dashboards, and investigations using Nexthink tools. Monitor endpoint performance and user experience metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with IT operations and service desk teams to drive zero-incident initiatives and continuous improvement. Analyze telemetry data to generate actionable insights and improve IT service delivery. Customize Nexthink modules to align with business KPIs and compliance requirements. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Nexthink Infinity or Nexthink Classic platform. Strong understanding of endpoint analytics, user behavior tracking, and ITSM integration. Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and remote actions. Familiarity with ITIL processes and digital experience monitoring. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with DEX strategy implementation. Exposure to enterprise environments with large-scale endpoint deployments. Knowledge of integration with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
