Next JS Architect & Tech lead

As the Next JS Architect & Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and development of Next JS projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with business objectives. You will drive innovation, streamline development processes, and mentor team members to achieve project success. Your key responsibilities include leading the architecture and technical design of Next JS projects, providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, developing high-quality and efficient code, identifying and addressing technical challenges, staying updated with industry trends, participating in code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes, and mentoring team members. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You must have proven experience in leading and architecting Next JS projects, a deep understanding of JavaScript and React, expertise in designing and implementing scalable web applications, knowledge of front-end technologies, experience in leading and mentoring development teams, proficiency in agile development methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of software engineering principles, experience in integrating third-party APIs, knowledge of SEO principles, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in technology. Relevant certifications in Next JS, React, or related technologies are a plus.
