As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at NexSofture, you will drive company growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients across tech, education, retail, and digital sectors. This role begins with a structured training phase (first month), followed by active field pitching and lead conversion responsibilities starting from the second month. You will represent NexSofture’s core services—Web Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and AI Solutions—building strong relationships and securing long-term business partnerships. 1. Client Engagement & Pitching Outbound Prospecting & Visits: Conduct client meetings and on-site visits in your assigned region (colleges, startups, retail, SMEs, etc.). Present tailored pitches highlighting NexSofture’s offerings based on client pain points (e.g. lack of digital presence, poor UI, no lead generation). Schedule and conduct product/service demos (online or offline). Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify prospects via LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMart, Google Maps, startup expos, career fairs, etc. Work with CRM tools to manage lead funnel, schedule follow-ups, and track conversion journey.
