News Researcher cum Content Writer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented News Researcher cum Content Writer to join our dynamic content team at our ECR, Pondicherry office. This in-house role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in English or Journalism and a keen interest in current affairs, education, and government exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and monitor daily news from reliable sources relevant to competitive exams (UPSC, SSC, Banking, etc.)
• Analyze and summarize important updates into concise, easy-to-understand content
• Create engaging and accurate content for our website, app, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with the editorial and subject matter expert teams to ensure content quality and accuracy
• Ensure timely delivery of daily and weekly news content
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and factual correctness

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MA in English / Journalism (or related field)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Good understanding of Indian current affairs and government exam patterns
• Preference: Candidates preparing for or with experience in government exams will be given added advantage
• Must be a resident of Pondicherry (as this is an in-house role)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
