Newborn Counter Incharge

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ Experience in sales/customer service, preferably in Newborn/Kids products.
• Knowledge of baby care essentials, toys, garments, and accessories.
• Pleasant and patient personality, able to guide new parents confidently.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Newborn section of the store, ensuring stock availability and attractive display.
• Guide customers (especially parents) in choosing the right newborn products.
• Ensure product knowledge is up to date for diapers, feeding bottles, clothing, skincare, toys, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the newborn counter.
• Coordinate with stock audit and merchandising teams for timely replenishment.
• Provide personalized assistance and excellent customer service.

Qualification: Any degree (training in child care/sales experience in newborn essentials preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
