Reels Content Creator & Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, script, and create engaging reels aligned with brand goals.
• Train and guide staff on how to plan, shoot, and edit reels for social media.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, and creative techniques to keep content fresh and appealing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize reel content for campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all content reflects brand identity and maintains professional quality.
• Monitor performance of reels (views, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating reels or short-form video content (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other reel-friendly platforms.
• Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Excellent communication and training skills to coach staff effectively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital marketing, media, or communications.
• Prior experience in training or conducting workshops.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
