In this role at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial part in the development of new technologies and solutions for a more sustainable world. As a part of the PRM-R&D team, you will work on researching and developing new STG products. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in this position: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for preparing heat and mass balance diagrams for complete cycles, optimizing cycles, and finalizing technical specifications of key components. Your role will involve understanding cycle components such as compressors, expanders, pumps, and heat exchangers. Additionally, you will evaluate technical offers from vendors, develop test setups for testing concepts, and collaborate with both national and international research partners. This position will require you to work on interdisciplinary projects, from prototyping to final execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare heat and mass balance diagrams for complete cycles - Optimize cycles and finalize technical specifications of key components - Understand cycle components like compressors, expanders, pumps, and heat exchangers - Evaluate technical offers from vendors and finalize components - Develop test setups for testing concepts and collaborate with research partners - Work on interdisciplinary projects from prototyping to final execution **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8 years of experience in cycle development and components finalization for new technologies - Technical skills with a proven track record in completing interdisciplinary research and development projects - Excellent technical knowledge of thermodynamic cycles and process flows - Strong verbal and written communication skills - B.
