New Product Development (NPD)

This is a 0 to 1 role, reporting directly to the founder. Your opportunity is to shape up the choices of millions of Indian parents for better health of their kids, through innovative and tailored products. As the NPD Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end product development, from idea to launch, ensuring innovation in kids health & wellness formats. Your key responsibilities will include scouting global trends & consumer insights to identify new product opportunities, working with contract manufacturers & suppliers to develop new products, ensuring all products meet regulatory, safety, and nutritional standards, overseeing pilot production, testing, and packaging design, and managing product launch timelines while coordinating with marketing & sales teams. The ideal background for this role includes an MBA/M.Sc. in Food Science, Consumer Goods, or Product Development, along with 5+ years of experience in NPD roles in FMCG, Pharma, or Nutraceuticals. Experience working with third-party manufacturers and supply chains would be beneficial.
