Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Conduct feasibility studies, costing calculations, and risk assessments for new product launches.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the NPD process.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field (NPD).
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, materials science, and manufacturing techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various functions.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
