Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive our field sales initiatives in Jorhat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales and promote company products/services.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing (BFSI/Insurance domain preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
