Job Title: Financial Systems Administrator – Stock Market Operations Location: Lower Parel (W) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Operations / Algo Reports To: Operations Manager ______________ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to oversee a full time role combining Admin support across 2 CTCLs namely Symphony and Greeksoft, Internal admin , Back office operations related to the stock market(F&O) , and accounting of share market data. The ideal candidate will possess both technical aptitude and financial knowledge, with experience in stock market systems and enterprise platforms. ______________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Symphony Administration: • BOD,EOD process with position file upload on a daily basis Manage user access(creating new IDs), roles, and permissions on the Symphony platform. Maintain margin limits and MTM limits( Risk Management tools) • Monitor system performance and coordinate with technical support for updates or issue resolution. • Ensure data security, compliance, and communication protocols are upheld. 2. Greeksoft Admin (Internal Admin Tool): • Administer and maintain internal admin tools. • Manage user access(creating new IDs), and permissions on the Greeksoft platform. Maintain margin limits and MTM limits( Risk Management tools) • Ensure proper documentation and configuration for all tool functionalities. 3. Stock Market Back Office: • Handle trade settlements, reconciliations, and Client/Dealer ledger management. • Monitor corporate actions, dividends, and related stock transactions. • Maintain compliance with SEBI and exchange-related guidelines. 4. Share Market Data Accounting: • Record and reconcile daily trades, profits/losses, and position data. • Track margin requirements, mark-to-market (MTM) accounting, and unrealized gains/losses. • Generate reports for P&L, holdings, tax, and client-wise profitability. • Collaborate with auditors and finance teams for monthly and year-end closings. ______________ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in stock market back office, trading support, or financial admin tools. • Proficiency in stock market operations, and reconciliation processes. • Familiarity with accounting principles related to securities and financial instruments. • Experience in using platforms like Symphony, Greeksoft, BOW, or similar CTCLs. • Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is a plus. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive financial data. ______________ How to Apply: Send your resume to hr@newberry.in
