Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize network configurations and enhance security.
  • Support network upgrades and new installations as required.
  • Document network configurations and updates for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
  • Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
  • Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
