Network Traffic flow Analyst

As a Network Traffic Flow Analyst at Birlasoft, your role will involve analyzing source and destination systems within Checkpoint Firewall Logs using various tools. You will be responsible for capturing analysis details in ADO, reviewing configuration information related to traffic flows, and meeting with business stakeholders to discuss justifications. If there are any issues with the justifications, you will escalate them accordingly. Additionally, you will provide Firewall Rule Configurations to the Operations team and track the progress in the ServiceNow ITSM CHG Mgmt. process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct analysis of traffic flows and log data - Capture analysis in ADO work items - Participate in ITSM CHG Mgmt. with Operations - Create and review project documentation deliverables - Handle conversations with business stakeholders - Escalate to Project WS Leadership when necessary **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any Computer stream, E&Tc, etc - Technical experience with infrastructure - Network/Security background - Strong organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively and manage tasks - Proficiency in Azure Loq Analytics, ServiceNow, Basic networking skills, Web Protocols, Any Network Firewalls, KQL **Nice to Have Skills:** - Analytic usage and/or development - Network Security - Checkpoint, ASA - Any scripting knowledge will be an add-on Join Birlasoft and be part of a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and productivity of businesses worldwide.
