PRAGYAVANI SOLUTIONS FIRST FLOOR, H-BLOCKANORA KALA, NEAR GOEL TOWER, FAIZABAD ROAD LUCKNOW U Network Engineer - Job Descripon Job Title: Network Engineer Intern Locaon: Lucknow Type: Internship Spend: 5,000 per month Department: Engineering / IT Reports to: IT Manager Key Responsibili¢es: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Provide technical support for network setup and maintenance at Flipkart warehouses across Kerala and South India. Conduct on-site inspec¢ons of devices, cabling, and network connec¢ons when required. Perform device replacements, connector changes, and basic troubleshoo¢ng for faulty hardware. Congure and support networking devices including NVRs, IDS panels, network control panels, and other infrastructure devices. ¢ ¢ Maintain proper records of complaints, resolu¢ons, and service logs. Coordinate with internal teams and the Command Centre for seamless issue resolu¢on. ¢ ¢ ¢ Ensure device integra¢on with the Command Centre for smooth opera¢ons. Follow instruc¢ons and work under the guidance of the Repor¢ng Manager. For minor work, independently handle wiring and installa¢on work; for higher level work, assist and coordinate with local vendors. Requirements: ¢ Pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Networking. ¢ ¢ Basic knowledge of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, and device congura¢on. Familiarity with network devices (NVR, IDS, routers, switches, panels) will be an advantage. ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong problem-solving and troubleshoo¢ng skills. Willingness to travel Across Pan India for on-site support. Good communica¢on and coordina¢on skills.
