Job Description: As a Network Support Engineer [CCNA Certified], you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure, particularly in WM Ware environments. Your main duties will include managing routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure secure and efficient data flow across systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, a global certification, and excellent communication skills to support operations in a blend support model, including night shifts. You will provide support for core networking operations in a WM Ware environment, monitor and maintain routers, switches, and firewall systems, deliver technical support and issue resolution within a blend support setup, ensure secure and optimized performance across network infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to global projects.
