Dear Candidate, Please find below job description Location- Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Network Security Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure and security posture along with People and stakeholder Management skills . This role is critical in ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our data and systems. Key Responsibilities: Network Management: Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime. Manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Oversee IP address management and DNS/DHCP configurations. Network Security: Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures. Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches. Leadership & Strategy: Lead a team of network and security engineers Collaborate with IT leadership and client to align network and security strategies with business goals. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance network security and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the Network Financials ,WSR and MSRs with relevant stakeholders Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents. Generate regular reports on network health, security posture, and incident response. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in network administration and security, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Certifications (Preferred): Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network troubleshooting tools. Experience with firewalls (e.g., Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet), VPNs, and SIEM tools. Familiarity with cloud networking and security (AWS, Azure, GCP). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
