Key Responsibilities

• SME or architect Zscaler ZIA/ZPA implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and performance goals.
• Design and optimize PAC file logic, SSL inspection, and content analysis strategies.
• Configure and manage HTTP, SSL, SAML, URL filtering, and firewall rules within Zscaler environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network traffic using tools like Wireshark, Fiddler, and other diagnostic utilities.
• Support migration efforts from legacy cloud proxy solutions such as Aruba and Netskope to Zscaler.
• Establish and enforce best practices and governance frameworks for ZIA/ZPA policy development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and avoid redundancy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, adaptable, and reusable architectural solutions.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and blueprints.
• Conduct design reviews, monitor architecture performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan for system evolution and manage the application lifecycle inventory.
• Ensure integration of business architecture with technical layers.
• Evaluate business and technology challenges, assess costs, and recommend strategic solutions.
