Network-Routing and Switching IT Associate Director

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Network-Routing and Switching IT Associate Director to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As a candidate, you must possess leadership skills to manage Tier1/ Network resources and have the ability to handle all people managers" day-to-day tasks effectively. It is essential to have significant experience in Routing & Switching & Wireless technologies. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing the Cisco ACI network architecture components, understanding Inter and Intra Tenant traffic flows, contracts, L2 outs, L3 outs, VMM integration, and expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN and WAN technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring network configurations comply with standards, reviewing log files, and participating in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure components. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless technologies, collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and work well in a team environment. Additionally, you should have experience with Networking products from Cisco, Dell & Extreme Networks, and adhere to ITIL & Change Management processes. Basic qualifications for this role include a minimum of 10 years of experience managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures, 10+ years of experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed & Wireless technologies, and 5+ years of managerial experience.
