Network - NAC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce identity-based access and segmentation across wired and wireless estates in large-scale corporate environments. This hands-on role based in India will focus on ensuring secure, policy-driven access for enterprise users and IoT devices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain NAC solutions to enforce identity-based access and segmentation - Configure and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Aruba ClearPass policies, profiling, posture assessment, and guest/onboarding flows - Integrate NAC with Active Directory/LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS+ servers, MDM/endpoint posture systems, and wireless controllers for end-to-end authentication and authorization - Lead 802.1X rollouts, wired/wireless onboarding, certificate-based authentication, and device profiling - Collaborate with various teams to develop RBAC policies, change-management plans, and incident response for access issues - Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, monitoring, logging integration with SIEM, and maintain NAC documentation, runbooks, and test plans Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Cisco Identity Services Engine - Aruba ClearPass - 802.1X - RADIUS - TACACS+ - Active Directory/LDAP Preferred: - SIEM integration experience (e.g., Splunk) for NAC logs and alerts - Automation/scripting with Python or Ansible for configuration and reporting - Experience with wireless controllers and network switching platforms (Cisco/Aruba) Additional Details: This role offers structured learning and certification support for security and networking tracks in a collaborative, security-first engineering environment with clear operational ownership.
