About the job: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Network & IT Infrastructure executive to join our IT team. This role will provide hands-on experience with real-world networking tasks, system setups, and infrastructure support. You will work closely with the Network & IT Infrastructure Manager and gain practical knowledge in managing networks, supporting users, and maintaining IT systems across the organization. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring LAN/WAN networks and wireless setups. 2. Support troubleshooting activities related to network connectivity, system performance, and user access issues. 3. Assist in managing and maintaining IT hardware, including routers, switches, servers, and firewalls. 4. Provide support for end-users regarding basic network, printer, and system-related issues. 5. Document technical issues, resolutions, and assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base. 6. Participate in network audits, inventory management, and infrastructure upgrades. 7. Learn and assist with data backups, security protocols, and server maintenance. Requirements: 1. Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN). 2. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux). 3. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. 4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. 5. Clear verbal and written communication. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
