Network Expert Core Networking

Role Overview: As a Network Expert - Core Networking, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing core network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN/VPN/MPLS environments. Your role will involve configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols and switching technologies, deploying and maintaining firewalls, monitoring network performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. You will also be required to provide global technical support on a 24x7 rotational basis. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage core network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN/VPN/MPLS environments. - Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, etc.). - Deploy and maintain multiplayer firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) and enforce network security best practices. - Monitor network performance, ensure uptime, and proactively resolve issues across global locations. - Perform end-to-end network diagnostics and incident resolution within defined SLAs. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for network integration and escalations. - Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and policies. - Provide global technical support on a 24x7 rotational basis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication (ENTC) or equivalent. - Valid CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate). - 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking. - Expertise in LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, and routing & switching. - Proficient in managing and securing multiplayer firewalls. - Strong knowledge of network security concepts and practices. - Experience in global support environments with 24x7 availability. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
