Network Engineering Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the 24x7 DC/DR/NDR network in Pan India, providing Network Support & Operations. Working closely with various teams, you will drive efficiency and improvements in supporting the business. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, implement, and maintain F5 and Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer infrastructure. - Inspect data packets, TCP/IP flow in network, and application flow. - Possess a working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewall concepts. - Configure and maintain F5 and Citrix Load Balancers following load balancing best practices. - Upgrade network operating systems software and hardware as per management requirements. - Ensure effective integration of plans with other technical infrastructure aspects. - Extensive knowledge of load balancing technology, algorithms, and health check options. - Configure F5 BIG-IP LTM VIPs with health checks and F5 BIG-IP GTM Wide IP. - Program and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP iRules. - Configure Citrix NetScaler VIPs with health checks and Global Load Balancing (GSLB). - Work in structured change management, Problem and Incident processes in a production environment. - Manage routers, switches, load balancers, and SSL accelerators in a high-availability infrastructure. - Troubleshoot issues, make recommendations for system changes, and possess strong TCP understanding. - Design and implement load balancing rules following industry best practices. - Communicate network architecture designs clearly to technical and non-technical decision-makers. - Perform security hardening of network systems. - Develop technical documentation including Low-Level design documents, Technical Implementation documents, deployment/build plans, and test plans. - Deploy designed solutions in a testing environment to verify compliance with security and functional requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Computer Applications. - 10-18 years of experience in networking with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking hardware, and complex web hosting network architectures.
