Role Overview

Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage & troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, and firewalls (ACL, IP-SEC, RA-VPN).
• Ensure reliable LAN/WAN connectivity (wired & wireless).
• Monitor, optimize, and secure network performance.
• Perform regular upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Manage IT network support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Document network setups (Visio diagrams, configs).
• Collaborate with IT & Security teams for scalable architecture.

5. Other (Shift coverage, support):

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years

  of experience in Network Administration.
• Strong expertise in

  Routing & Switching

  (core skill).
• Must have

  Wireless Firewall

  hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Cisco devices (routers, switches, FTD, ISE, DNAC, SD-WAN).
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, DHCP, DNS, FTP).
• Strong troubleshooting & escalation management skills.
• Willingness to work in

  evening shift (5 PM 2 AM IST)

  and provide on-call support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
