Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Network & IT Infrastructure: Support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks . Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure minimal downtime. Monitor server performance, backups, and security updates . Assist in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations . Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices . Network & IT Infrastructure: Support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks . Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure minimal downtime. Monitor server performance, backups, and security updates . Assist in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations . Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices . User Support & Documentation: Provide technical guidance to end-users and maintain IT documentation. Maintain asset inventory and IT support logs. Assist in new user onboarding and IT setup .
