Experience:

Administer and maintain datacenter and branch network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and service availability.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst 9300, 9400, and 9500 switches, including VLANs, STP, QoS, and advanced routing protocols.
Deploy and manage Meraki MX85 security appliances, MS250 switches, and MR46 wireless access points across multiple branch locations.
Operate and optimise Cisco ISE 3.3 HF7 systems (3755 and 3795 appliances) to enforce network access policies and identity services.
Implement and maintain Citrix Netscaler load balancers for application delivery and traffic management.
Administer Cisco 9800 wireless controllers and associated access points (3800, 9166, MR42, MR46) to ensure robust wireless coverage and performance.
Conduct regular network health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Document network configurations, procedures, and incident response actions in accordance with best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues in both datacenter and branch environments.
Coordinate and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve complex network challenges.
