Job Title:

Primary (Mandatory) Skills

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
WAN Management
, with at least
3 years hands-on experience
in:

Routing & Switching
Network Security equipment
in a
Data Centre or equivalent environment

Strong exposure to
SD-WAN (Viptela)
– deployment, configuration, and operations

Secondary Skills

Basic knowledge of
Security technologies

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. IT
(or equivalent)
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
, including
3 years in Routing, Switching & Network Security
at Data Centre or equivalent level

Perform advanced-level
diagnosis, troubleshooting, and monitoring
of WAN and SD-WAN solutions.
Manage and resolve user complaints through
phone or deskside support
.
Handle
advanced-level incident resolution
, including escalation to OEM vendors.
Raise and track
TAC cases
with timely follow-up until closure.
Participate in
deployment and operations
of
SD-WAN (Viptela)
solutions.
Provide
L2-level support
across the deployed solution landscape as per project requirements.
