About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Network Developer to design, automate, and monitor high-scale hybrid and cloud-native networks. Youll bridge networking and software engineering to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop network automation solutions using

  Python

  and

  SaltStack

  (or Salt).
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using

  Terraform

  across on-prem, AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Build and maintain robust

  network monitoring, alerting, and logging

  systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Automate network device provisioning, configuration, compliance, and upgrades.
  
• Debug network automation workflows and actively troubleshoot network incidents.
  
• Collaborate with network, security, and DevOps teams to align with governance and best practices.
  
• Document LLDs, operational procedures, runbooks, and code.
  
• Mentor junior team members in automation frameworks and IaC techniques.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 58 years

  in network engineering, network automation, or infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in

  Python scripting

  for network automation.
• Strong working knowledge of

  SaltStack

  (or equivalent: Ansible/Chef).
• Hands-on experience with

  Terraform

  for infrastructure provisioning.
• Deep understanding of

  network protocols

  : TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Proven experience in end-to-end

  network monitoring

  (tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Familiarity with cloud networking across AWS, Azure, GCP, including VPCs, VPNs, Direct Connect.
  
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab CI).
• Solid background in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
  
• Experience working with network devices: routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
  
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
