Job Description

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Lead Quality Assurance activities for customer-specific software solutions in end-to-end lab environments.
Define and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation processes for network management solutions.
Set up and configure NMS and router nodes to validate end-to-end network solutions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues in customer deployments.
Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to refine and improve applications.
Collaborate with support teams to analyze and address customer-reported issues, strengthening testing processes.
Contribute to continuous evolution and enhancement of existing applications and network solutions.
Gain expertise in network automation, test automation, and customer deployment strategies.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software verification experience, preferably with Java-based OSS applications in an end-to-end environment.
Strong working knowledge of Linux, Cloud/Cloud-native technologies, and Kubernetes (K8S).
Expertise in IP networking and protocols such as OSPF, BGP, DHCP, MPLS, IP VPN, VLAN, VLL/VPLS.

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience in configuring Network Management Systems, routers, and switches for test setups.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, issue reproduction, defect tracking, and resolution in a Scrum/Agile environment.
Hands-on automation experience with Robot, Selenium, and Python.
Experience in customer-facing roles, live deployment support, and working in a Professional Services team.
