Role : Engineer/ Sr Engineer / Assistant Manager Network Location : Gurugram Mode : WFO (24*7) Job description : Individual will be responsible to manage a team of highly enthusiast Network engineers (L1/L2/L3) and the support organisation global network operations. He'll be expected to provide consistent, high-performing level of service support and also ensure the service availability and operational excellence being a part of the team. 6+ years of experience in Network domain managing global networks. Strong hand-on experience in network domain and available to support the global operations running 24x7. Developing and implementing network designs, including topology, protocols, and network security measures Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Firewall & wireless. Perform regular network performance tuning and optimization and Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly. Implement and maintain network security devices and work on vulnerability closure to ensure compliance In-depth knowledge of networking technologies & solid understanding of networking and core Internet Protocols. In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Routing Protocols (BGP) In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on switching (STP, VSS, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, Multi-Layer Switches), In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Security technologies (Must Checkpoint), (Good to have - Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Palo Alto etc) Thorough knowledge and configuration experience on NAT, IPSec/ SSL VPN setups on Checkpoint & Cisco Firewalls In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Links Management (Internet, MPLS IPLC, P2P etc) Good to have knowledge and understanding on IT Compliance (i.e., PCI, ISO, SSAE and other Industry standard) Good to have knowledge and understanding on Network Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds). Certifications like Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE are highly desirable.
