Network Administration - L2

You will be responsible for day-to-day Network Operations, including implementing Firewall policies, natting, routing, VRF, and VLan. Your role will involve preparing change documents with necessary details, Change plan, risk & impact analysis, and test plan. Additionally, you will perform & execute Network OS upgrade activities, follow Network device commission & Decommission processes, and maintain Network Hardening parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Take care of day to day Network Operations - Implement Firewall policies, natting, routing, VRF, VLan, etc. - Prepare change documents with necessary details, Change plan, risk & impact analysis, test plan - Perform & execute Network OS upgrade activities - Follow Network device commission & Decommission processes - Maintain Network Hardening parameters, perform Firewall rule validation, User ID validation - Participate in device replacement activities - Quickly resolve priority incident calls & prepare RCA documents for review - Coordinate with Product TAC engineers to fix complex network and security issues - Monitor the network, acknowledging alerts - Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized cloud solutions - Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements - Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical demonstrations - Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible - Establish engineering and automation objectives - Consult with internal IT customers on net new and cloud migration initiatives Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, NTP & DHCP - Good knowledge of Network Automation, with proficiency in automation languages like Python/Ansible - Experience with Citrix Netscaler, SDX, MPX, VM-based Load balancers, or F5 Load balancer is a plus - Hands-on experience with Nexus platforms 9K, 7K, 5K, 2K Fabric extender switches - Understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco ACI - Strong knowledge of VPC, VDC, STP, Port-channel, VLAN - Experience with Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, VRF - Strong Experience with Cisco ASA Firewall, FTD, FMC - Experience with cloud platforms, GCP preferred - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCSP, GCP, Any Citrix LB Certification are a bonus,
