Description
As a NetSuite QA Tester at EG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless user experiences and optimized efficiency across various areas of functionality, development, and operations within the NetSuite installation. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the NetSuite development team and business units to understand their processes and requirements, conducting manual and automated tests, maintaining automation tools and test cases, and ensuring holistic deliveries at the agreed time, cost, and quality standards. **Your tasks will include**: - Designing and executing test cases using test management tools such as Zephyr and Jira. - Performing functional, manual tests specifically for web applications. - Reporting any bugs identified during the testing process using Jira. - Analyzing and reviewing automated test results during regression tests. - Creating and maintaining automated tests. - Identifying risks within the scope of your tasks and collaborating closely with developers and business teams. **Required Skills**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in application testing. - Proficiency with NetSuite (ERP system). - Experience in test automation. - Knowledge of JavaScript. - Familiarity with Functionize or any other automation tool. - Proactive approach with practical knowledge of functional tests like Integration, UI, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory, and SAT. - Understanding of ISTQB standards, JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, test methodologies, and Agile methodologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills. **Nice to have**: - Experience in NetSuite test automation. - Knowledge of NetSuite snippets and finance. - ISTQB foundation certificate. - Familiarity with testing API (e.g., Postman).
