As a NetSuite ERP Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with project managers to gather configuration requirements from stakeholders. - Translating requirements into effective NetSuite configurations. - Configuring CRM and e-commerce tools to align with business needs. - Conducting training sessions for key users on new system configurations. **Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles like Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or ERP Architect. - Proficiency in CRM tools and processes. - Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as SuiteCommerce, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. - Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Project management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and within a team. - Additional certifications like NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, and ERP Consultant are advantageous. **Key Responsibilities:** - Mapping and Understanding Business Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. - Streamlining Operations: Analyze and enhance business processes using NetSuite capabilities. - ERP System Configuration: Design functions and workflows based on business requirements, manage system configuration changes, and ensure integrations with other applications. - Project Management: Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet project deadlines. - Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system through regular audits. - Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems. - Creating Documentation: Develop functional test plans, user guides, training materials, policies, and other documentation to support system use and maintenance. **About the Company:** Uplers is dedicated to simplifying and expediting the hiring process.
