As a NetSuite Developer & EDI Systems Support at Aimler Solutions, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Finance, NetSuite, Procurement, Supply chain, and Logistics. Your primary focus will be on managing supply chain operations, domestic logistics, transportation, and warehouses, specifically located overseas or internationally in Noida, India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and update NetSuite custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and records. - Develop and deploy SuiteScripts (1.0, 2.0) for customization and automation purposes. - Troubleshoot and resolve errors in existing NetSuite customizations. - Monitor and manage EDI transactions through SPS Commerce to ensure seamless data exchange. - Identify and resolve EDI errors from SPS Commerce promptly. - Collaborate with SPS Commerce support and trading partners to enhance EDI configurations. - Oversee connections between NetSuite and third-party platforms like SPS Commerce and Fispan. - Troubleshoot and resolve connection errors between systems. - Work with integration tools such as SPS Commerce, Fispan to ensure data accuracy. - Administer and troubleshoot Zoho People, Zoho Sign, and other Zoho suite applications. - Implement enhancements and configurations in Zoho applications based on organizational needs. - Maintain and enhance Streamlit applications developed in Python. - Integrate and update ChatGPT APIs for application functionality and user interaction. - Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite, Zoho applications, Streamlit apps, and SPS Commerce integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system gaps and propose system enhancements. - Ensure all customizations and integrations adhere to best practices and business requirements. - Maintain system integrity, security, and compliance. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in NetSuite administration, implementation, or development. - Background in accounting or supply chain management is preferred. - Strong understanding of ERP processes, financial reporting, and inventory management. - Proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining Streamlit applications. - Knowledge of ChatGPT APIs and integrating AI-driven features into apps. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
