NetSuite Data Analyst

As a NetSuite Data Analyst for Uplers" client - a top Auto Inspection company based in the US, you will play a crucial role in leading a data cleanup and deduplication initiative within the NetSuite ERP system. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting a thorough audit of existing NetSuite data, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake: - Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing NetSuite data, focusing on customer transaction records. - Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent data entries and develop strategies for remediation. - Design and implement data deduplication processes using NetSuite tools, saved searches, and scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to validate data and ensure alignment with business requirements. - Create and maintain documentation of data standards, cleanup procedures, and deduplication logic. - Monitor and report on data quality metrics and progress throughout the project lifecycle. - Support ongoing data governance efforts by recommending improvements to data entry workflows and validation rules. - Assist in training users on best practices for maintaining clean and accurate data in NetSuite. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst, DBA, data architect, or a similar role. - Strong background in NetSuite data structures and processes. - Reporting and data visualization skills. - Experience in generating ad-hoc queries, optimization, and performance tuning of queries and tables. - Familiarity with data warehousing technologies, ETL tools, SQL databases, and data modeling techniques. - Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills. - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. - Commitment to adhering to schedules and deadlines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, and ERP Consultant certifications are considered advantageous.
