Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gwalior. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth. The individual will also monitor industry trends and provide insights to influence company strategy. Qualifications Strong skills in market research, business strategy development, and identifying new business opportunities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and managing customer satisfaction Proficiency in business software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in the software industry is advantageous
