Job Description

As a Lead .NET Developer at our company, your role involves leading and managing the development of .NET projects from start to finish. This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating project plans and schedules, tracking project progress, managing risks, communicating with stakeholders, approving deliverables, resolving project issues, and ensuring timely and quality project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the development of .NET projects from inception to completion - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team - Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and trends - Contribute to the company's .NET strategy by identifying new opportunities and recommending improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in project management - Strong understanding of .NET programming concepts and technologies - Proficiency in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies - Understanding of version control systems like Git or Subversion - Certification in .NET or related technologies Join our team to utilize your .NET skills in leading and managing the development of high-quality software solutions.
