.NET Lead Developer

Role Overview: You are a skilled .NET Lead Developer with 10-15 years of experience, seeking a challenging opportunity to oversee the development and implementation of a cloud-native, multi-tenant enterprise solution using .NET Core and related technologies. As the Developer Lead, your primary focus will be to provide technical leadership, ensure codebase quality, and drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and enhance enterprise-level applications utilizing .NET Core 8.0, MVC/Blazor/Razor, and Telerik Controls. - Lead REST API development with an emphasis on security, scalability, and performance, with exposure to JavaScript. - Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, implement API security best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with UI/UX teams for user-friendly designs. - Guide integration design for seamless communication between microservices, APIs, and third-party systems. - Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive cloud-native development strategies including containerization and deployment automation. - Ensure best practices in API consumption and front-end integration. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of software development experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a technical leadership role. - Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud-native development (AWS/Azure), .NET Core 8.0, MVC/Blazor/Razor framework, JavaScript, Telerik Controls, REST API development and security, SQL Server proficiency, troubleshooting skills, and integration design expertise.
