.NET Lead Developer

You are a skilled .NET Lead Developer with 10-15 years of experience, looking to take on a challenging role in overseeing the development and implementation of a cloud-native, multi-tenant enterprise solution using .NET Core and related technologies. As the Developer Lead, you will provide technical leadership, ensure codebase quality, and drive successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, developing, and enhancing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core 8.0, MVC/Blazor/Razor, and Telerik Controls. - Leading REST API development with a focus on security, scalability, and performance, with exposure to JavaScript. - Designing and optimizing database solutions using SQL Server, implementing API security best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with UI/UX teams for user-friendly designs. - Guiding integration design for seamless communication between microservices, APIs, and third-party systems. - Leading code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving cloud-native development strategies including containerization and deployment automation. - Ensuring best practices in API consumption and front-end integration. Qualifications required for this position: - 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role. - Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud-native development (AWS/Azure), .NET Core 8.0, MVC/Blazor/Razor framework, JavaScript, Telerik Controls, REST API development and security, SQL Server proficiency, troubleshooting skills, and integration design expertise. Good-to-have skills: - UI/UX best practices, responsive design expertise, and T-SQL experience.
