Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C# .NET (4.6 and Core 3.1), VB.NET (4.6), front-end technologies like React js, jQuery, AJAX, Telerik UI, HTML, and solid backend experience with SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, designing scalable solutions, ensuring best coding practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full stack developers throughout the SDLC. Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy robust applications using C# .NET 4.6, VB.NET 4.6, and .NET Core 3.1. Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using jQuery, AJAX, Telerik UI, and HTML Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage relational databases efficiently. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure application scalability and security. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and performance issues. Manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure on-time delivery. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Required Skills: Backend: C# .NET 4.6, VB.NET 4.6, .NET Core 3.1Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and REST APIs Frontend: React, jQuery, AJAX, Telerik UI, HTML Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design Database: SQL Server (complex queries, performance tuning, stored procedures) Tools & Methodologies: Version control (Git/TFS), Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines Leadership: Experience leading a development team, task management, and stakeholder communication
