.Net Full Stack Engineer

Work Location: Hyderabad (On-site) (5 days a week)

Timings: 12PM - 9PM

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

• Deliver features/modules on time with no defects; ensure critical requirements are reviewed, mapped, and signed-off.
• Provide solution docs for each delivery; maintain code comments and project wiki.
• Lead and review code, enforce standards; achieve high code review approval rates.
• Propose and evaluate architecture changes, pilot new technologies and POCs.
• Improve estimation accuracy, log risks, complete compliance audits.
• Mentor junior engineers, deliver knowledge docs, and foster technical growth.
• Participate in meetings, contribute to stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Plan infra, oversee deployment, ensure successful rollouts and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle software development.
• Advanced proficiency with modern cloud, DevOps, and testing practices.
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
