About the job: About the Role: We are hiring Technical Teaching Assistants (TAs) under a Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP). Selected candidates will pursue a fully-sponsored Master's degree (MCA / M.Sc. / M.S.) while gaining full-time industry experience at iamneo. Support trainers in delivering technical sessions and managing hands-on coding labs. 2. Provide individual mentorship and clear technical guidance to learners. 3. Evaluate programming assignments, exercises, and projects. 4. Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback to instructors. 5. Help manage learning platforms, tools, and lab environments. 6. Prepare quick reference material like cheat sheets and troubleshooting docs. 7. Assist in resolving code/debug issues and boosting learners' problem-solving skills. 8. Help conduct assessments and compile performance reports. 9. Foster active learner engagement and a supportive classroom culture. 10. Willingness to travel for training deployments when required. Eligibility criteria: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc & BCA) in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. Strong grasp of at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). Bonus: Familiarity with web development, cloud platforms, or databases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage. A natural mentor with great problem-solving and teaching abilities. Program Structure & Compensation: Program: Full-time Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP) Master's Degree: MCA / M.Sc. / M.S. (100% sponsored by iamneo) Stipend: o INR 3.0 LPA for the 2-year WILP period o INR 6.0 LPA after 2 years of service along with successful program completion Locations: PAN India, initial onboarding and training will happen in the Coimbatore office.
